As the Chief Operating Officer of Elevated Properties, Nathan brings a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence to our team.
With over 10 years in the construction, property management and home improvements industry, Nathan has over 30 safety certifications, a Masters in Safety, Security and Emergency Management with a focus in Occupational Health and Safety, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and driving growth.
Nathan oversees all operational aspects of Elevated Properties, ensuring that our services are executed with precision and care. From streamlining processes to enhancing client satisfaction, Nathan is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
With a passion for safety and a commitment to innovation, Nathan plays a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of Elevated Properties. His leadership and expertise are integral to our success, helping us transform homes and elevate experiences for our clients.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, camping, and attending live music shows, which further fuels his creativity and dedication to excellence in all endeavors.
ANY COHEN
Any Cohen is the architectural force behind the stunning designs at
Elevated Properties. With a Bachelor's in Architecture, a Masters in Interior & Furniture Design from Florence Design Academy in Florence, Italy, a passion for transforming spaces and over 20 years of experience in the field, Any brings a unique blend of innovation, artistry, and technical expertise to every project.
As the Lead Architectural Designer, Any oversees the design and implementation of our home styling projects, ensuring that each space not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Known for their meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, Any creates functional, beautiful environments that perfectly reflect our clients’ visions.
Any’s diverse portfolio includes a range of residential and commercial projects, from contemporary urban apartments to luxurious family homes to commercial spaces. Her ability to seamlessly blend form and function has earned her a reputation as a leading designer in the industry.
Outside of their professional achievements, Any, who resides in Panama City, Panama, enjoys beach-filled days at their weekend home, chocolate desserts, and spending time with her 2 kids and husband, who inspires her creative approach and dedication to excellence.

Lorena Rodriguez is the Lead Decorator at Elevated Properties, renowned for her unique and sophisticated design style.
Drawing inspiration from her Italian roots and years of living in Europe, Lorena seamlessly blends classical elegance with modern aesthetics. Her deep appreciation for European art, architecture, and culture is evident in every project she undertakes.
As a lawyer and diplomat by trade, Lorena has a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces, Lorena transforms ordinary environments into extraordinary experiences. Her work reflects a perfect harmony of tradition and innovation, making her one of the best decorators in the industry.
Outside of her professional life, Lorena enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, always on the lookout for fresh inspiration to incorporate into her designs. She is also passionate about painting and exercising, believing that a healthy body fuels a creative mind.
